What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of human excellence/communication and how to replicate it.

First created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, NLP allows for the connection between the neurological processes, language and behavioral patterns learned through experience. With this connection changes can be made to achieve specific goals in life.

The application of NLP has been seen to be incredibly positive in its effects across a vast diversity of careers. NLP and its developments have been seen throughout government, business and sports, with top athletes and salesmen using the application worldwide to get the results they want.

The basic model of NLP revolves around “Modeling” where by critically studying an expert in a specific field followed by breaking down the beliefs, actions, values and thoughts into what makes them successful, will allow for any person to replicate the same results and achieve success in that desired way.

NLP is attitude and mythology that leaves behind a trail of techniques; it is vastly used by sales professionals and coaches as way for their clients to achieve the best results in the most effective and quickest way possible.

NLP shows you how your mind works and how to gear it towards something positive.

What do I have? And what do I want?
